If you are a general therapy client, your initial visit consists of a diagnostic assessment, which is typically a ninety minute session. The fee for this assessment is $130 per hour. Ongoing therapy is $100/hour.
Eating Disorder Treatment
The treatment for an eating disorder is much more involved, and typically includes:
- · An assessment and therapy by one of our licensed therapists
- · An assessment and continuing follow up with our Care Manager/Nurse
The fee for the initial assessment with our therapist is $130 per hour and $100 per hour for ongoing treatment.
The fee for the initial assessment by our Care Manager/Nurse is $200. This includes an interview with the patient, review of current and/or prior treatment, a medical history, checking of current weight and height. In addition the Care Manager will request any records from prior or current treatment. The total amount of time to complete all aspects of this assessment is between 3 and 5 hours (approximately, 90 minutes at the time of the first visit).
Ongoing, routine health checks are not charged.
The fee for the initial nutrition assessment and each nutrition counseling session is $100 per visit.

A: We currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CareSource Plans (Ohio Just4Me, Ohio Medicaid, and MyCare Ohio), Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, Medical Mutual and TriCare (Reserve Select, TriCare Primer, Reserve Retired, and Standard). Q. Does insurance cover Care Management and Nutrition Counseling?
A. Most insurance plans will not cover these services. Check with your insurance company.
Q: Do I have to pay my co-pay at the time of registration?
A: You are required to pay your co-pay at the time of service. You will be billed for your deductibles, co-insurance and any non-covered services after we receive notification from your insurance company.
Q: What if I do not have insurance or my plan does not cover treatment?
A: You will be responsible for our usual charge. See above.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit, Flex Savings Cards, and debit cards.
Q: How do I know if my insurance company will cover the fee for my visits?
A: Contact your insurance company if you have specific questions about what your carrier covers. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company plan. Until your insurance company makes a payment, you are responsible for your bills.
Unless our agreement with your plan states otherwise, you are responsible to pay any non-insured portion of your bill.
